All Az Sonoran Chile Roasters are made from USA sourced metal. The frames are 16 gauge tubular steel. The baskets are 16 gauge sheetmetal cut and formed to accept the #13-1/2" expanded metal inner basket. All roasters are cleaned and painted with USDA FDA approved paint for food contact.
