Safety and use Instructions

 Check for flammable materials above roaster. Have fire
extinguisher available.
Prepare roaster by setting on stable work surface.
Roaster uses 120vac.
Roaster uses standard propane tank.
To start make sure roasters gas valve is in the off position perpendicular to supply line.
Yellow or Red Handle.
Connect supply hose to propane tank. Turn on gas and check for leaks with a soap and water solution in a spray bottle.
Have a long lighter or long match ready for use before turning the roasters gas valve to the on position.
To operate roaster load with your chiles or vegetables.
Turn on the roasters motor to start the basket turning.
On Manual roasters turn handle counterclockwise for optimum performance.
Light match or lighter then turn the gas valve ¼ turn and light all burners.
Now turn gas valve on all the way and you're ready for roasting.
When chiles or vegetable are done to your liking, turn off gas valve.
Now turn motor off to position the door for easy unloading.
